History
Si Gung Lee traveled all over the world studying various martial
arts styles such Wing Chung, Western Boxing, Savate, Tai-chi
Chuan, Judo, Jiu-Jitsu and many others. His formulated method
sought to include only techniques that were economical in
motion, and would allow for proficiency in all ranges of combat.
Thus Jun Fan was born. In 1967 Jun Fan adopted the name Jeet
June Do (JKD). The key difference between JKD and Jun Fan
is that Jun Fan has a prearranged style of fighting that Bruce
believed to be the most efficient at the time.
