Daniel is a former professional soccer player that attended the University of Connecticut where he earned a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology, and completed his license as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

Daniel has worked as a strength and conditioning coach and exercise physiologist with various organizations and teams including:

Toronto Maple Leafs, Ottawa Senators, Toronto Raptors, Toronto Marlies, Canadian Soccer Association, Rowing Canada, Boxing Canada, Triathlon Canada, Sledge Hockey Canada, Squash Canada, Canadian Cycling Association, Canadian Figure Skating, National Ballet of Canada, Royal Canadian Golf Association, MTK football club (Hungary).

He also works with individual athletes throughout Europe and North America at both the amateur and professional level. He conducts numerous seminars and lectures, teaches certification courses, and writes for various publications. He is currently studying Osteopathic medicine and other manual therapies to work as an adjunct to his current profession and practice.
