Edward teaches a unique brand of Authentic Muay Thai (AMT Thai boxing), which is more traditional and faithful to the art of Muay Thai than western style Thai boxing. This style of Thai boxing focuses on elbows, knees and clinching techniques, while still utilizing powerful kicks and punches. Edward’s program emphasizes a high level of skill and cardio conditioning but is still geared to all levels from beginner to advanced.
