Personal Training

Have You Got Everything it Takes to Get in Shape – but the Motivation?

Are you the type of person that needs some type of strong personal motivation, such as a training partner waiting for you to get to the gym each day? Would you get more from your work outs if someone took you through every exercise or drill every time you came to work out? And are you the type of person that just doesn’t want to think when you’re at the gym and would do better in your workouts if someone held your hand and guided you through every step from the time you got to the gym until you went home?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then our club’s personal one-on-one coaching program is what you need.

What is the personal coaching program and who should take part?

Personal coaching, or working one-on-one with your own trainer, is for anyone who struggles with any type of motivation when it comes to sticking with a fitness program. How it works is simple. Book a coach and he or she will be waiting for you when you arrive. Your coach will then take you through every step of the workout, providing guidance as you need it, as well as some motivation, to get the most out of the workout for that day. Having a coach will give you the maximum workout with the least amount of thinking or hassle.

PRICING for One-on-one coaching depends on the coach and the type of service provided. You can have a trainer for:

SPORTS SPECIFIC TRANING

Need a Specific Solution to a Specific Fitness Problem?

Back in the “old days,” promotion to black belt was all that was needed in terms of securing credibility in the martial
arts profession. Needless to say, that’s all changed now. Six-year old children are now awarded black belts in dojos
across North America. Unfortunately, standards for training are just as inconsistent as standards for ranking. The International
Sports Science Association has designed a unique solution in its certification program for martial arts instructors.
Generalized fitness certification courses have existed for over a decade. But this program is the world’s first to
address the specific needs of martial arts professionals. Instructors who have mastered not only their art, but also the
principles and methods of scientific sport training, will get the best results from their students. The Specialist in Martial
Arts Conditioning will help you with periodization and planning, managing acute training variables, performance nutrition
and supplementation, improving joint range of motion, flexibility, agility and balance, integrating conditioning and
skill training, strength and speed strength development, competition readiness and injury prevention.

Joey de Los Reyes is an ISSA certified Specialist in Martial Arts Conditioning and has a lot of experience planning the conditioning regimen for recreational practitioners, provincial and national champions and international competitors.

How it works:

Please contact Joey de Los Reyes at info@kombatarts.com who designs the program to reach the goal depending on
the time available for the client, what the client wants to spend to reach that goal, and the minimum training needed
for success.
