Jason "Mayhem" Millar, a veteran of Mixed Martial Arts events (MMA) including the Ultimate Fighting Championships (UFC) was at our school to share some really good Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) and Greco Roman wrestling techniques specifically for MMA.
