Ok, summer is around the corner and it's time to get in great shape!  Linda has issued a Kombat Challenge!  However it's for YOU to challenge yourself.  You will have 9 weeks to not only change your body, but also your fitness level (strength, endurance, power, etc).  Essentially on April 20 come in to register and we will take some piks of you (which will not be posted online) and run you through some physical fitness tests.  At the end of the 9 weeks, we'll evaluate your progress and declare a "winner" for each category.  However just by doing the challenge you will be a winner.  If you can not make the April 20 registration date, just check in with our front staff and we'll register you. How to get in great shape?  Come to as many classes as possible especially the konditioning class!  If you can not make it to the classes, check out the FREE Online Training for Kombat students.  Ask around for nutritional info, there are many great sources at the club such as Linda, Caroline, Nuno and Joey.  Keep a journal of some sorts of your progress, for example check out Rocco's (1 of our students) journal at this blog for a great example of a fitness journal in a blog form.  And finally surround yourself with positive people (just like the family at Kombat Arts!) to help you with your goals.  Details will be on our site soon.  Posters are up at the club!  Ask the front desk staff what's it all about.  Good luck and we look forward to everyone's success, Jd
