Kombat Boys Successful in MMA!

[gallery] Congrats to Corey Bresson, John Roche and Bojan Kladnjakovic for winning their MMA matches.  Corey and John both won their matches by unanimous decisions and Bojan finished his fight in the 2nd round via arm bar, beating out a very tough local favourite, ranked 2nd by NAAFS! All of the Kombat athletes had tough fights and I would like to say thanks to all of the coaches, sparring partners and Kombat as a whole for all of their support.  I would also like to say thanks to Matthew and Dave for helping out last minute.  I am happy that you guys are on our team.  Thanks to my good friend Josip who is visiting me from BC and who allowed me to drag him to the states to help me wrap hands, warm up athletes and experience our journay.  Finally thanks to Paul Oddi from Point Blank Martial Arts who travelled with us and in the end had to work :)  The athletes did great and I am happy for everyone!  Jd
