In my business I usually hear a lot of reasons not to workout. A lot of people will find any excuse to not invest in their greatest asset: themselves! It was really refreshing to train my buddy Hugh Lawson and some of his co-workers from TPS today on this miserable rainy day, outdoors! Twice a month I do a bootcamp for this company and today we found ourselves outdoors. I called Hugh and asked him if we are still doing this, to which he replied "Pain is good!" In any case we found ourselves outside in the rain, doing shuttle runs, step ups, Tabata jumping Mongolian squats, push ups and burpees. These guys are tough! So don't be a wimp and get over your excusitis. Get out there and train! Jd
