Unfortunately my good friend and student Marc lost his MMA match this past weekend. Despite this loss, we are all very proud of Marc and his achievments. No one trains as hard as Marc and to a lot he is an inspiration. Sometimes the goal is not as important as the journey. We all look forward to Marc's return to the mat! Jd
