I see some of the guys using the sledge hammer and the tire, and it actually makes me cringe when I see how they are using it. So I made this video with my buddy Oliver Yi, to give you guys an idea on how to properly use this hammer. The hammer is a great way to work all of those fun stuff: functional conditioning, grip strength, core, generally a total body workout. Do this exercise for reps or time.
