[gallery] The Greg Nelson Seminar was awesome! On Day 1 we covered Muay Thai stand up and clinch. Greg showed a lot of small details, that in effect can make anyone's beginner technique more advanced. The good thing is that this Muay Thai style also took into account the MMA game (shoots, takedowns etc.). Day 2 was really exciting because we worked on some MMA tactics off our new cage. Everyone came away with a new appreciation of the various tactics one can use with a cage or a wall. Greg was a great guest and a great instructor, and we look forward for his return to our school.
