In our game we get injured quite a bit and if you're like me you don't want to stop training. Actually, I don't know how to stop. It's not good to ignore these injuries and even though you can maybe work around them, sooner or later you are going to have to address them, otherwise that injury may cause more complications in your posture and your techniques.
