Kru-Mehdi-Seminar-Flyer  Mehdi Pouroskoui of KB-1 will again be visiting our school for a Muay Thai seminar on Aug 8, 9.30 am to 12.30 pm.  Early in the morning to exhaust you in time for the BBQ in the afternoon/evening.  This seminar is open to all skill levels, beginners to advanced.  Mehdi will also be available for privates, either on Friday or Sunday.  Below is a video of Mehdi doing a Muay Boran Fight (bare fisted Muay Thai) in Thailand!
