Kombat Arts had the chance to represent martial arts at the recent Can-Fit-Pro Consumer Fitness and Wellness Show by putting on some fantastic demos to a crowd of thousands, which included big names in the industry including former UFC Champion Sean Sherk. This was a great opportunity for Kombat Arts to demonstrate the benefits of martial arts for health and fitness while having lots of fun!
