Ok so on Feb 4 I booked a body composition test. I haven't checked out my fat levels in awhile, so I'm kinda curious as to where I stand. If my stats are not embarrassing I will post my results. This is my 2nd / 3rd week on the Warrior Diet, and I'm handling the fasting much better and I want to see if there is a change in my body composition.
