Yoga at Kombat Arts Mississauga!

Ok guys, first, thanks for filling in the survey!  Starting Sunday, March 7 at 11.00 AM we will be running Yoga / Stretch classes, and every Sunday thereafter for 3 months to try out the class. I will have more details closer to the date, but so far please make sure to wear comfortable clothing, and if you wish you can bring a yoga mat. During the time that the yoga class is running, the REST OF THE GYM WILL BE CLOSED.  No bag  work or music please during the Yoga / Stretch class.
