Hey guys, don't forget that we have a Yoga / Stretch class this Sunday, March 7 at 11.00 AM. Ever since I picked up Yoga in BC I've really been excited to add it to my repertoire. I have also been training in Yoga privately with Cynthia and I can tell you that she is awesome with helping out beginners (like me) and improving your flexibility (which I don't have).
