Sorry Been Busy...

Hey guys, I've been hanging in BC, both business and pleasure, so I have not really had time to share any piks or describe my training here.  For the last couple of days I've been getting myself oriented and hanging with some good friends.  Josip and Mehdi have been keeping me busy with training and some socializing and my friend Liz rounds out the rest of my social calender with shopping and site seeing.  I've attached a few piks, not much, because frankly I've been really busy. Some really interesting things about training though.  It is always interesting how different systems apply the same techniques that we know.  It's refreshing to see a different approach to the same problem.  The cool thing is that Josip and I get to exchange some ideas in a very relaxed yet productive environment.  I will have some interesting drills for you guys :) As for grappling I have learned a few things to shut down Omar "Kaboom's" BJJ game.  :) In any case, I miss you guys, it sucks that it's hot there, but I am sure it will make you guys tougher.  I will keep you guys posted! jd [gallery link="file" columns="4"]
