I don't usually watch the UFCs, because frankly I find a lot of the fights to be boring. However I have to say that this card was pretty good. Anderson Silva had the goods to pull it of and for me I liked the sub that Matt Hughes did. Here are the results: Pay-Per-View Bouts Anderson Silva def. Chael Sonnen via submission (triangle choke) Jon Fitch def. Thiago Alves via unanimous decision Clay Guida def. Rafael Dos Anjos via submission Matt Hughes def. Ricardo Almeida via submission Junior dos Santos def. Roy Nelson via unanimous decision Preliminary Bouts Rick Story def. Dustin Hazelett via second-round TKO Phil Davis def. Rodney Wallace via unanimous decision Johny Hendricks def. Charlie Brenneman via second-round TKO Tim Boetsch def. Todd Brown via unanimous decision Stefan Struve def. Christian Morecraft via second-round TKO Dennis Hallman def. Ben Saunders via unanimous decision What was also impressive was how some of the athletes used body punches. I think body punches are really functional. If you want to perfect the body punch, you got to check out some training with our boxing coach Rafael Delgado. When it comes to MMA or Muay Thai you do have to watch how you do the body punch; you don't want to run into an elbow or knee, and there is a good chance you will end up in the clinch. Here is a video on some attacks to the body, including the body hook: [youtube=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8A7b9gBUYJU]
