Hey guys this Sat, all classes are cancelled because of the Greg Nelson MMA seminar and the CASK National Team will be here using our facilities. The seminar will run from 10.00 AM to 2.00 PM with a half hour for a break. If you really want to improve your MMA game, you got to check out this seminar.
