Important for all members:
Beginning Jan. 3, 2011, Muay Thai and MMA shorts (Hayabusa, SPRAWL, Submit, etc.) will be mandatory uniforms for all Muay Thai and MMA classes. The only exception made will be Yoga pants for women; no other shorts or pants will be permitted in these classes.Example of MMA shorts:
