One of Sifu Joey's summer fitness goal is to be able to deadlift 405 lbs. With the help of Nuno De Salles from SWEAT Elite Training, he's already lifting 375 lbs., with another two months still to go. Last year, Sifu Joey's goal was to increase his weight to 163 lbs.
