Big birthday shout out to Rafael Delgado, our Olympic-level boxing coach! Raf is an amazing instructor with tons of experience who also has a wicked sense of humour. He's a big reason why Kombat is such a great place to train. Happy birthday Raf, and thanks for all the tough, fun workouts!
