Kombat kickboxing fighters came out with a bang last Saturday, Aug 27th  at the Importfest, inside the Toronto Metro Convention Centre.  All the fighters came out ready to fight, walking away with 3 wins, 1 no contest, with 1 loss by a very close split decision. Here is the recap of the fights: Rahil in his first fight in junior light contact bout comes out first round and gets peppered for most of the round. Second round, Rahil comes out gunning and completely dominates his opponent, causing the ref to give both athletes a double disqualification for aggression. Richard Pascal's opponent comes out aggressive with lots of pressure.  The gritty style of his opponent keeps the fight close until the third round when Rich lands a double head kick for a 3rd round KO. Kunal Pun's opponent is fast with a lot of movement but Kunal lands the stronger shots and controls the ring.  He dominates the clinch and by the third round has his opponent running.  In the end, the judges rule a split decision in favor of the opponent. Mark Gordan comes out like a Tazmanian Devil from the very first second.  He lands a tornado whirlwind of strikes in fast combination.   Mark wins by a fast 1st rd KO. Kyran Cameron beats up his opponent for 3 rounds with superior boxing skills.  He stalks his opponent down and lands solid punches.  He walks away with an easy unanimous decision.
