The 2011 Ontario Provincial Jiu Jitsu Championship rolled through Toronto a couple of weekends ago and Team Nova Uniao made a strong showing, placing third in overall team standings, edged out by Team Renzo Gracie in first and Team Ascension in second.
Last year's event drew over 500 competitors and this year's competition was equally impressive, attracting players from Ottawa, Oshawa, Barrie, Sudbury, North Niagara Falls, Georgetown, Burlington and more.
