Starting this week the Friday Muay Thai classes will run extra long at an hour and a half. Taught by Kru Brian from 6 p.m.-7:30 p.m., the extended classes mean more workout time and more technical refinements, and will be the perfect way for you 9-to-5ers to wind down your work week. See you then!
