Info for Kombat Athletes: Medicals and Registration forms

Hey people, here's a message from Kru Brian: This message is for all Team Kombat members that want to compete in the National Feb 24-25th, 2012 and all future 2012 CASK events. Download the following documents and have them filled out and bring them to the front desk with payment. (Cheque is preferred.) Myself or Kru Joey must approve and sign off on your registration before submitting to CASK. Please find the forms below: Individual Registration Medical The earlier you get this into us the better.
