*Post updated on Wed, Feb 1. There will be some additions and changes to the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu schedule taking effect on Monday, February 6. Here's how it looks starting next week:

  • Monday 7:00 p.m. Gi
  • Tuesday 12:00 p.m. Gi and 8:00 p.m. No Gi
  • Wednesday 7:00 p.m. Gi
  • Thursday 12:00 p.m. Gi and 8.00 p.m. Gi
  • Saturday 12.00 p.m. No Gi
  • PLEASE NOTE that there is no BJJ class this Saturday, February 4 because of the BJJ competition
