Kombat Konditioning this Sunday at Centennial Park

Hey guys, here's Coach Rohan Larmond with details on this Sunday's Konditioning class: On Sunday, June 24th, Konditioning class will be held at Centennial Park (weather permitting) starting at 12 p.m. sharp. Everyone must meet at the park at 11:50. Please bring water and proper running shoes. If it rains, class will be indoors back at Kombat Arts. We will meet in the parking lot by the chalet. Directions from the West: -Take Highway 401 east and exit at Renforth Drive South -Continue south on Renforth Drive passing through two sets of lights. After the second light, there is a schoolyard on the right-hand side -Turn right onto Centennial Park Gate (immediately after the schoolyard) -Turn right onto Centennial Park Road. The stadium is the first building on the left, the arena the second, and the chalet is at the very end.
