Coach Jay D and Coach G have some personal things to attend to, so please note the following changes to their daytime conditioning classes this week:
Monday's Modern Savage Training class will have Kru Dave filling in for Coach Jay D.
Friday's Functional Fight Strength Training will be held on Wednesday instead of Friday.
There will be no conditioning classes on Friday.
