Some Kombat Schedule Changes

Hey guys we are making some changes to our Kombat Schedule. Schedule Changes: Starting this week we are cancelling the Wrestling for MMA class on Saturdays. Starting next week, all 5pm Muay Thai classes will start at 515. This is a temporary change to accommodate those battling the traffic to get here for 5pm. What can you do with the extra 15 minutes if you come at 5? Warm up. Wrap up. Ask the instructor for help on a technique. Take the time to catch up with other students who are early. In February we are looking to add a No Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class. It is looking like we will be adding this class on a Tue night at 7. This will be confirmed in the near future.
