We had a great workshop on Saturday, Feb 22 2014 on Body Punches with Socrates Celestial and Argentina Olympic Team Member, Andre Azcurra. The whole session was on the mechanics of these punches and various ways to set them up. Our next workshop will be conducted by Gaetan Boutin, a BioHack Nutrition Workshop on March 8 at 1215pm and more clinch with Kru Eddie de Nobrega on Mar 22 at 1pm.
