Try out these simple SAQ (speed, agility and quickness drills) or low level plyometric drills. Make sure that you warm up and that you your calves and ankles can take all the bouncing. I usually recommend 2-3 minute rounds with a 30 second to 1 minute rest. Also recognize that this is an attribute training drill; foot speed and coordinating upper body motion with lower body motion.
