Hey guys 2 important schedule changes this week. Gaetan’s Functional Fight class will not be held on Fri anymore. Starting this week, this class will be on Thur at 1. Because of the Krabi Krabong Seminar with Arlan Sanford this weekend, all classes, except the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class will be cancelled. The facility will still be open, but please no bag or pad work, while the seminar is going on.
