Impressive work Carlos Alvarez! Carlos has been part of our Kombat family since Oct 2013. He was 230lbs. Now he is 180lbs. He could barley do 5 push-ups. He recently entered a push-up competition, and he did 110 push-ups every day for a month!
Carlos did this by consistently coming to our Muay Thai program, making small changes to his eating habits and when he couldn’t make it in to Kombat, he did some training at home!
