Changes to Strength and Conditioning Class

  Hey guys for the next two weeks, there will some changes to Daniel Thiessan's Strength and Conditioning Class. The class will be held on Monday's at 630. Please make sure you come to this class, as Daniel will be making an effort to come and train (torture) you guys. He wants to make sure that you keep the momentum going for your goals, so please make sure you come and also share this info with others. Thxs!
