Running the Kombat Circuit
It's that time of year again folks! Time for the Kombat Arts Training Academy running circuit. We are fortunate at our location to have some relatively quiet cross streets and intersections that make up a nice little running course to get a good sweat going for your workout. Before you go however, remember to bring along a few items:

Water. Keep yourself hydrated.
- Proper running footwear.
- A towel and a change of clothes
The course is as follows:
Left on Tomken Road to Britannia Road.
Left on Britannia Roadto Shawson Drive
Left on Shawson Drive to Meyerside Drive
Left on Meyerside Drive to Tomken Road
Left on Tomken Road back to Kombat.
