Free Boxe Francaise Savate Seminar
Boxe Francaise Savate is a form of kickboxing where they are allowed to wear shoes, they incorporate boxing with kicks, kicking is allowed to the legs, and for the sport variation, there are no elbows or knees.
How can you benefit with savate? You will greatly improve your footwork. You will flow seamlessly between your boxing and kicking ranges. You will find that it will add more tools to your other boxing and kickboxing arts.
This workshop will be free and will run from 7:00pm -830pm.
This means that the Muay Thai Konditioning class at 6-730 will be cut short and end at 7pm.
We will also be cancelling the Muay Thai classes that are usually held at 7-8pm.
You will need the following for the workshop: gloves, shoes and ideally shin pads.
The workshop will be conducted by Jeremie Tziboulsky from JT Savate Combat, based in Montreal.
