Clinch Class Has Moved!
Starting next week, there will no longer be a Muay Thai clinch class on Tuesday nights at 615pm. The clinch class will now be part of the Fighters' class on Saturdays at 1030am. The first class will happen on Sept. 17 2016 at 1030am. We will be covering:
- positioning
- off balancing techniques
- sweeps
- elbows and knees
