Sometimes the holidays can be just overwhelming. I love this blog, zenhabits.net, and Leo Babauta posted a pretty good post that may help you deal with the stress of the holidays. Here it is:
Another thing that can help you deal with the holidays is to stay in shape. Yeah I know we are closed during the holidays, but this is a great time to explore other sports, especially if you love snow and there are still basic yet really good calisthenics that you can do at home. I’m sure you can get some good ideas from our Konditioning class.
Finally even though it is a great time to celebrate, do try to watch what you eat and drink. I know I’m one to talk. But remember, a moment on your lips, a lifetime on your hips 🙂 At least try to temper it down before you get back to the gym, otherwise there may be consequences…Jd
