Congrats to Luke Joseph, our Kombat student has had made great “losses” through his training with us! Luke has lost 35 lbs by doing TWO THNGS:
2) Luke cut out bread, pop, juice and foods that are high in sugar. We have said this over and over: Most people can work out. In fact they can work out pretty hard. But they lose the battle in the kitchen.
You can join any club, train with a Ninja or Champion…if your diet sucks, you will plateau and cease to lose weight.
