I threw together these boxing combos for our students. Please feel free to download. Use them as a guide to do partner work, pad work or when hitting the bag at home or at the gym. These are especially good to use at home; with all this cold weather, you might not feel like getting to the gym. You can even shadowbox these combos. To make it more challenging, hold some 2lb weights to add some intensity.
Try these round and rest protocols:
3 two minute rounds with 1 min rest
3 two minute rounds with 30 second rest
5 two minute rounds with 1 min rest
5 two minute rounds with 30 second rest
Substitute the two minute rounds with three minute rounds
