Fitness Tip!

Hello Everyone,
Here is my 1st tip for the New Year.
SET REALISTIC GOALS!
If you start your Fitness Program without an objective you are bound to find that either it becomes a constant up hill battle or in 2 weeks time you plainly just give up.
The key to your success is firstly, to set a realistic goal for yourself and a suitable time frame to achieve that goal.  Keeping these two points in mind will help see you through; keep you focused; and maintain your internal motivation.
