Functional Fitness & Conditioning Class
Our former TRX and Conditioning Class has evolved. Come in Friday Evenings at 5:15pm to earn your weekend. The class now includes and focuses on TRX, Kettlebell Conditioning, Barbell lifts, Body weight movements, Core stabilization, Cardio Strength Training and Functional Animal movements/patterns.
Come in and join Coach David Beckles as he takes you to your limit and shows you the way to smash through.
