A lot of athletes ask me how to increase their speed. There are many approaches to this, and for this week I’m going to share a concept about Time Framing and how to be more efficient with your techniques.
Time Framing is a concept that was introduced to me by Phil Mesina from Modern Warrior when I was doing a lot of Law Enforcement Training.
This concept is very similar to Jeet Kune Do’s economy of motion, and has helped a lot in making a lot of my martial arts techniques better. It also explains why some techniques don’t work, and how to make them work.
