Morning Muay Thai Classes!
Ok the weather is getting warmer, and it’s really time to turn up the training. Some of my best workouts have been when I have worked out first thing in the morning. Well we are going to try out morning Muay Thai classes! The classes will be held on Tue and Thur morning at 630 am, and will be conducted by our senior students who have a love of Muay Thai and want to take the initiative in this project. This will be a trial class that we will run during the spring to fall season. If there is a demand, we will expand to the winter season.
Larry Indovina, one of our senior students who is hosting this experiment had this to say:
My 1 hour class will focus on technique, cardio and power. I provide a safe, fun and positive learning environment where everyone leaves feeling like a winner. There will be no sparring/fighting, this is purely an early morning fitness endeavour and both men and women are welcome. Expect lots of core-work, sit-up’s pull ups, burpies, skipping …
You will be pumped up, energized and mentally/physically primed to tackle the day’s challenges with ease. If you fall in love with the sport the way I did, you’re sure to end up in the best shape of your life.
What do you have to lose? Well maybe that extra weight, that heaviness that comes with having no energy and any negative energy. That’s what you will lose. So come by and try out our new morning Muay Thai classes!
