As you know, Daniel Thiessan from Radix Performance has been holding a couple of free workshops on the deadlift, squat, bench press and standing press at the Kombat Arts.
We have had a good response to these workshops, and now we are looking to add another class, every Wednesday at 630pm. This class will start this Wednesday, June 18.
This will be a Strength and Conditioning Class for Combat Athletes. There will be an extra fee for this class, which is only $10 drop in fee per class. A really great deal, considering you are getting the expertise of this great coach who will be there to help design a program, monitor your technique, give you homework, and make you accountable for your lifts. If you are looking to get stronger, then this class should be in your toolbox. If you are curious to see how you can benefit from a weight training program for martial arts, then come to this class.
