Who Wants to Get in Great Shape?

KOnly  Ok this Sunday we are starting the 1st testing date for the 9 Week Challenge.  Between the hours of 10 and 2, we will test various strength, cardio, core and stability components.  This will give you a reference point to see how you have improved over 9 weeks.  Remember this is a competition against yourself!  Not someone else.  Please bring your running shoes.  We look forward to seeing you this Sunday 🙂  Jd
