Get the benefits of TRX training at Kombat Arts

The Kombat Arts Training Academy will be beefing up its daytime schedule soon with a TRX class led by Coach David Beckles.

Starting June 27, drop by to this weekly hour long session for a fantastic workout that will increase your strength and power, stamina, overall athletic ability and durability. How? TRX training works your body from all angles and planes of motion, making it the perfect addition to an MMA or martial arts training program.

In combat sports, you rarely if ever use an isolated muscle group — TRX focuses on integrated muscle movements, combining mobility, strength, and conditioning training.
