Join Coach JD of JD Training for our new daytime class, Modern Savage Training, as he takes you on a journey through the Physical Culture of Yesterday with a 60-minute class for all ages and fitness levels, from novice to experienced.
Through effective and efficient training, you’ll not only seek and find Strength using primal movements that have become extinct in most physical training programs and fitness facilities, but also learn to use Olde Time Strength tools that have long been forgotten and exchanged for the fluff and glamour of shiny machines and tools that promise “quick-fix,” “effortless” results.
This class will utilize bodyweight training, kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, sandbags, leverage clubs, maces and more! Join us weekly as we Seek Strength and learn about movement while honouring and unleashing the inner savage that lives within all of us.
